Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to cancellation requests and refund eligibility for all services provided by Threems in the United Kingdom, Türkiye, and globally.

1. Applicability

This policy applies to all clients of Threems Agency, including:

  • NGOs and nonprofit organizations
  • Mission-driven businesses
  • Enterprises engaged under monthly retainers, one-time projects, or performance-based contracts

2. Service Coverage

The following services fall under this policy:
• Digital Marketing (SEO, PPC, social media, content, email, etc.)
• Brand Development
• Website Development
• Public Relations
• Digital Transformation
• Translation & Localization
• Any other service or consultancy provided by Threems Agency

3. Cancellation Terms

3.1 Notice Period

Clients may not cancel services unilaterally at any time. Cancellations are governed by the specific terms stated in each client’s signed contract.

  • A minimum notice period of 30 days is typically required for cancellation.
  • The exact notice duration may vary based on the contract and scope of services.
  • Notice must be submitted in writing (email or letter) to the assigned account manager or to info@threems.co.uk.

3.2 Early Termination Fees

  • Threems does not impose automatic penalties for early cancellation.
  • However, if a specific termination fee or consequence is stipulated in the client’s contract, it will take precedence over this general policy.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 General Refund Policy

  • All payments made to Threems are non-refundable.
  • This applies to both upfront payments and monthly retainers, regardless of service completion status.
  • We do not offer partial refunds for unused services, delays, or change-of-mind scenarios.

4.2 Service Quality Assurance

If Threems is found to be in breach of a contractual obligation, we may offer compensatory services at no additional cost to the client. Refunds will not be issued under these circumstances.

5. Exceptions & Force Majeure

In extreme cases, where service delivery is rendered impossible due to events beyond human control — such as:

  • Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, etc.)
  • Armed conflict or war
  • Severe political or economic instability

A partial or full refund may be granted only if:

  • No third-party costs have been incurred (as outlined in the contract), and
  • Work on the project has not commenced or can be verifiably paused without loss

Each case will be reviewed independently, and Threems reserves the right to assess and validate the claim before processing any refund.

6. Performance-Based Models

For services tied to specific performance outcomes (e.g., leads, conversions, media placements):

  • No refunds are issued for underperformance unless explicitly agreed upon in the contract.
  • Any missed milestones will be reviewed and potentially addressed through extended service delivery or alternative compensation, not monetary reimbursement.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes regarding cancellations or refunds shall be resolved through the following process:

  1. Initial Review: Submit a formal request to info@threems.co.uk with full details.
  2. Internal Mediation: Our team will assess the claim and respond within 10 business days.
  3. Jurisdiction: Any unresolved dispute will be handled under the jurisdiction of the client’s governing contract:
    UK Clients: Governed by UK law
  4. Turkiye Clients: Governed by Turkish law
