We’re Threems, a full-service marketing agency partnering with NGOs and mission-driven businesses around the globe. We’re seeking a results-oriented Outbound Marketing & Sales Specialist to drive our outbound strategy through personalized, persuasive outreach.
This role is fully remote and ideal for a marketer with a strong grasp of outbound channels, excellent English communication skills, and a passion for building genuine connections.
What You’ll Do
- Research and build prospect lists aligned with our Ideal Client Profiles (ICPs)
- Craft and execute personalized outreach via LinkedIn, email, and WhatsApp
- Engage cold leads, qualify interest, and transition warm leads to our Growth team
- Collaborate with content and performance teams to optimize messaging sequences
- Track outreach metrics (open/reply/meeting rates) and optimize accordingly
- Keep CRM updated with activity logs and lead statuses
- Actively participate in weekly growth meetings and feedback loops
You Bring
- 2+ years experience in outbound marketing, sales development, or B2B lead gen
- Proven success in LinkedIn and email outreach (B2B lead generation required)
- Marketing experience is a must (agency-side experience is a strong plus)
- Ability to write sharp, clear, and persuasive English copy
- Active and professional LinkedIn profile with strong communication etiquette
- Self-motivated, responsive, and comfortable working independently
- Familiarity with tools like Apollo, HubSpot, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
