The role

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can lead design across brand, digital, and campaign deliverables. You will turn ideas into clean, modern, high impact creative that looks great and performs. You will work closely with strategists, content, paid media, and project managers to keep output sharp, consistent, and on time.

This role is for someone who can think conceptually, execute quickly, and raise the creative bar across multiple clients and industries.

What you will be responsible for

• Own visual execution across campaigns, social content, ads, landing pages, and brand assets
• Translate briefs into strong concepts, then deliver polished design that is ready to publish
• Build and maintain brand consistency across guidelines, templates, and creative systems
• Produce high performance ad creatives, including multiple variants for testing and iteration
• Collaborate with paid media teams to design creatives that support conversion goals
• Support pitch decks, proposals, and internal brand materials when needed
• Prepare files correctly for web and print, with clean handoffs to developers or partners
• Mentor and support other designers through feedback, quality checks, and shared standards
• Manage your workload across multiple projects while staying calm under deadlines

Requirements

• 4+ years of graphic design experience, ideally in an agency environment
• Strong portfolio showing brand work plus campaign design and digital execution
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Solid layout, typography, and visual hierarchy skills with modern taste
• Experience designing for performance channels like paid social and display ads
• Comfortable collaborating in English in a fast paced team environment
• Strong attention to detail, file discipline, and consistent delivery quality

Nice to have

• Experience with Figma
• Motion basics (After Effects) or strong interest in learning
• Understanding of creative testing for ads and conversion focused design
• Experience working with NGOs or mission led brands
