The role
We are looking for a Content Marketing Specialist who lives and breathes storytelling. You will create high quality content that sounds human, feels culturally fluent, and supports real marketing outcomes. This role sits at the intersection of brand and performance, so you will write content that builds credibility and also moves people to take action.
You will work closely with strategists, designers, and paid media teams to develop content across multiple channels, while keeping tone, messaging, and quality consistently strong.
What you will be responsible for
- Turn briefs into clear content plans and publish ready deliverables
- Write and edit long form and short form content, including website copy, landing pages, blogs, email, and campaign copy
- Create story driven narratives for NGOs and mission led brands, including impact stories, case studies, and campaign messaging
- Write content in Modern Standard Arabic with strong structure, clarity, and native level fluency
- Collaborate with SEO and performance teams to align content with keywords, search intent, and conversion goals
- Support social content with strong hooks, captions, and content angles that match each platform
- Interview internal teams or clients when needed to capture the right story, proof points, and voice
- Maintain quality control across grammar, tone, and brand consistency
- Track content performance and use insights to improve future content
- Keep content workflows organized, including drafts, approvals, and version control
Requirements
- Arabic is required
- Native level Arabic writing with strong Modern Standard Arabic and excellent grammar
- Proven content marketing experience, ideally in an agency environment
- Strong storytelling skills with an ability to write content that feels genuine and persuasive
- Ability to adapt tone of voice across different brands while staying consistent and professional
- Comfortable working with briefs, feedback, and deadlines in a fast paced environment
Nice to have
- English is a plus
- Turkish is a plus
- Experience writing for SEO and conversion focused landing pages
- Experience working with NGOs, fundraising, advocacy, or purpose driven campaigns
- Basic understanding of content distribution and performance reporting
