We are now looking for an AI-Powered Full Stack Developer to join us part-time and take full ownership of building and launching complex, scalable digital products using modern AI-assisted workflows.

The Role

This role is for a senior-level builder who goes beyond execution. We are looking for someone who can take full technical ownership of a project from architecture to delivery, lead development decisions, and build production-ready products fast using AI as their primary development engine.

You should be equally strong in frontend, backend, database design, API architecture, and AI integration. You will work directly with the founder across a variety of projects including client work, internal tools, and product development, making decisions that shape how things are built, not just following instructions.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You ship, you own, you solve.

What You Will Be Doing

• Architect, build, and launch complex web applications and mobile applications end-to-end
• Lead technical decision-making across frontend, backend, database, and API layers
• Use AI development tools as your primary workflow: Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT/OpenAI, GitHub Copilot, and Vercel
• Design and implement scalable system architecture from day one
• Create clean, fast, and scalable user experiences with strong UI/UX thinking
• Work with tools such as Supabase, Firebase, PostgreSQL, REST APIs, and GraphQL
• Build and integrate AI-powered features using OpenAI API and other AI services
• Integrate third-party services, automations, webhooks, and connected tools into cohesive product ecosystems
• Review, test, debug, and improve code to ensure reliability and performance at scale
• Deploy and manage production environments on Vercel and/or dedicated servers
• Ensure full end-to-end functionality, performance, and production readiness before delivery
• Collaborate directly with the Threems leadership team to translate ideas and briefs into real, working solutions

What We Are Looking For

• Proven full stack expertise across frontend, backend, database, and API development
• Expert-level use of AI coding tools as the primary development method, not just an add-on
• Strong architectural thinking: ability to design systems that scale, not just features that work
• Deep hands-on experience with AI-assisted product development and shipping production-grade software
• Strong UI/UX sensibility and ability to turn complex requirements into intuitive experiences
• Rigorous QA, debugging, testing, and code review standards
• Ability to lead technically, work independently, and move fast without sacrificing quality
• Fluent or professional working proficiency in both English and Arabic is required

Additional Requirements

• Experience building and deploying AI-powered product features
• Experience with authentication systems, scalable database architecture, and backend workflow design
• Experience setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines
• Experience working across agency, startup, or fast-moving product environments
• Strong product thinking: ability to contribute to roadmap decisions and technical strategy

Portfolio Requirement

A strong portfolio is required. We want to see complex, production-ready products you have built or led. Live links, case studies, GitHub repositories, and App Store / Play Store links are all welcome where available. Generic or tutorial-level work will not be considered.

Shortlisted candidates will be given a paid technical task using the exact tools above. We assess architectural thinking, speed, code quality, and how effectively you leverage AI, not theoretical knowledge.
